Robin Benway is a National Book Award-winning and New York Times-bestselling author of six novels for young adults, including Emmy & Oliver. Her books have received numerous awards and recognition. Robin grew up in Orange County, California, attended NYU, and is a graduate of UCLA. She currently lives in Los Angeles.
Isabel Quintero lives and writes in the Inland Empire of Southern California, where she was born and raised. She attended Cal State San Bernardino where she received her B.A. in English and M.A. in Composition, and is currently an adjunct faculty instructor at two community colleges and teaches English. Gabi, a Girl in Pieces is her first novel; she is also the author of Ugly Cat & Pablo, a series for early readers. and a graphic biography of artist Graciela Iturbide called Photographic.
